Bracelets for Elizabeth is a project started by close friends of ours to raise funds to support pediatric cancer research. The current goal is to raise $50,000 and use that to encourage additional large contributions by corporations and wealthy individuals. The money will then be donated to an existing non-profit organization supporting research into pediatric cancer.
Through the hard work of lots of people, who have contributed by making and selling bracelets, the project has raised over
$15,000!
Nancy Edwards is currently serving as treasurer. If you would like to order bracelets, make a contribution, or get involved in making or selling bracelets please e-mail Nancy at
edwards@udel.edu.
Loved the slide show, LeeLee, you are beautiful!
Saw your granddaddy and grandmother and they send you their love and kisses. Think Granddaddy is sending more books for you and Katie.
Hope you have a great weekend and week.
Call me somtime.
Love you all.

I received 5 bracelets in the mail this past week and handed some out to friends and family. I was moved by how absolutely beatiful the bracelets were (Nancy, thank you!) and the symbolism of the butterfly. I already received a compliment at work and then was able to tell the co-worker about Elizabeth and neuroblastoma/pediatric cancer research. My thoughts are with you all.

Good luck to you Elizabeth. My husband and I will follow your story and you are in our prayers. My father in law has been diagnosed with bladder cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy with cysplatin. My own father passed away in 2002. He had lung cancer and was told there was nothing they could do for him. He died five months after been diagnosed.
Kind regards to you and your family
